Drake to its team of appraisers, noting that Drake brings with him the highly sought after combination of appraisal and right of way experience in a niche industry where that combination is rare.

“Brian has a wide range of commercial and residential appraisal experience,” says AR/WS Vice President Denise Jackson. “He’s been in the industry for seven years; he’s been state certified with his appraiser’s license for four. And, he has right of way experience – that was key. Because he was familiar with and experienced in what we do at AR/WS, which is appraising and specifically right of way, he was a clear top candidate.”
