In order to receive these prestigious industry awards, firms completed a rigorous certification process where they were evaluated by consumers based upon nine criteria; customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale-service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction.  They were also required to meet all of the research firm’s industry criteria, have no consumer complaints, lawsuits or disciplinary actions and provide client references.
