Neal Communities Welcomes Lee Wetherington Homes to Central Park

Some of the things that are most popular to customize are outdoor living areas with pools and fire pits, second floor options, and expanded guest rooms for a live-in family member. Lee Wetherington has not set pricing, but says it will be competitive for this niche of the market.

Sales are strong in Central Park. In fact, there were 16 sales in the community in March and 100 sales in the last eight months. The focal point of the community is the grand park that includes a ball field, tennis courts, a pavilion, splash fountains, a playground, two dog parks, a butterfly garden, and a kiosk. Strategically situated close to B.D.
