April 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Documentary Filmmakers Kristin Ross Lauterbach and Christina Lee Storm's feature length documentary, "FLESH: Bought and Sold in the US", has been accepted into the 2011 Awareness Festival to be held in Los Angeles from May 5th to May 8th.

"FLESH" seeks to bring light to the world of sex trafficking that is surprisingly prominent in today's society. Both Lauterbach and Storm have said that they hope to challenge viewers to take action against human trafficking by bringing to light a world that most people are unaware of. Their unique perspective gives a voice to the people ensnared by this criminal world while simultaneously encouraging audience members to help put an end to modern day slavery.

The film is to be screened at the Awareness Festival on May 7th at 9pm in the Regent Showcase Theater. Interested parties can purchase tickets at the door or in advance at: http://store.healoneworld.com/FLESH-Bought-and-Sold-in-the-US-p/flesh.htm
