Mark Thostenson joins Now Micro as Chief Technology Officer

Thostenson will oversee Now Micro’s professional services, managed services and technical sales.

Thostenson will be responsible for developing a strategic IT services solution roadmap, creating service solution offerings, and forging key third party partnerships. He will also continue to grow and add new members to Now Micro’s service team.

Thostenson is a technology industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience working with B2C, B2B, government, SMB and Fortune 500 markets. He successfully architected key service initiatives and offerings for industry heavyweights including IBM & GE Capital ITS, as well as CSC. Thostenson previously held the title of North American CIO at GN Resound where his efforts led to increased efficiencies and reduced system downtime by more than 25 percent. He also deployed an industry-leading online sales initiative that resulted in unprecedented growth in the North American territory, and a reduction in ordering and configuration errors. His drive, initiative and ability to strike relationships consistently yield results.
