The Ping G15 Irons are made with a new Custom Tuning Port or CTP which is reshaped and repositioned in order to reduce 7 grams of its weight. The weight saved is repositioned to its perimeter, thus increasing its moment of inertia or MOI. Its design gives you just the right structure and support behind the thinner face for distance control consistency and to give you a solid feel.

The biggest improvement is that the Ping G15 Irons are a bit more forgiving thanks to the moment of inertia increasing which Ping has achieved by introducing a custom tuning port that is further back from the face of the clubhead. This has allowed Ping's designers to remove seven grams from the G15’s face custom tuning port structure without destabilizing the clubface or reducing distance control. This weight is repositioned to move the center of gravity lower and back in the club head to help provide high launch and optimal spin.

The Ping G15 Driver is engineered for golfers seeking a maximum forgiveness driver that delivers distance and accuracy. Its 460cc titanium head is longer front to back and features PING’s patented ultra thin crown technology. Weight savings from the thin crown are positioned as an external sole weight to optimize the center of gravity for higher trajectories and reduced spin.

Like its predecessor the G15 has titanium head which reaches the 460CC maximum limit on head size. To increase the moment of inertia or MOI the Ping G15 Driver has an elongated head from back to front which has lead to an improvement in MOI. The 460 head still provides a good measure of forgiveness, and with the correct shaft match for swing dynamics, distance is excellent. Toe and heel miss hits gear back well, sound is pleasing, not harsh.

The elongated, low profile design of the Ping G15 Fairway Wood offers a long, forgiving option for golfers who rely on the confidence of a larger head.

An external sole weight pad moves the centre of gravity significantly further back and slightly lower in the head to help produce a high flight with low spin and long distance.

Ping have also introduced a new low profile design with the Ping G15 Fairway Wood which is not only pleasing on the eye and inspires confidence but also helps to move the centre of gravity much lower in the clubhead.
