They Took My House, Now What?

April 17, 2011 - PRLog -- I wanted to let every one out there know there is a way out of the mess of foreclosure. A way to keep your sanity, and a way to get back on your feet easy. I could tell you it is as easy as going to buy a lotto ticket, but it is actually easier.

You see, it is worth noting that YOU are the reason for much of the pain and suffering you are going through. Sure perhaps you are one of those poor souls that took a mortgage you could not afford, and was conned by predatory lending, of course that is the case for many many people out there. But the fact of the matter is you put it in your head that eventually you were not going to be able to afford that house "if" nothing changes.

The word "if" was your demise. Think about it for a second, you told yourself, that "if I don't" make more money in 5 years when this ARM is due, there is no way we can afford this house. Of course not, with your typical salary, and a potential 10-20% raise in 5 years, is nothing compared to a monthly expense of 4 times the amount you were paying for the first 5 years.

That word "if" however, using that word killed your chances of achieving your goal of staying in that dream house.

Ask yourself something? Did you plan on making more money, did you actually make a plan of how to get there? Probably not. Did you have a fantasy that you 5 years is long time, but those 5 years flew by in seconds. The reason I am asking, is for most people they did not plan, nor did they believe that they were going to  make this home theirs no matter what. Panic and reality sets in, but at this point it is too late, you failed to do the easiest possible thing, believe in yourself and in your future, positively, not negatively.

While I can keep detailing the issues of individuals not planning, it is more important that those individuals did not believe. In fact, sometimes reality, and numbers cloud one's mind, however, dreams, and determination will supersede ones actions and daily life.

In ingredient in ones life is to make sure ABOVE ALL, to believe! To believe you can do it, that you are have the ability to make it happen,

Furthermore, there are certain skills that one should learn and be able to utilize in the time of need, and that is persuasive speaking, with a hint of mind-control. I have told you above, that you need to control your own mind, with belief, but the power of persuasive speaking can also create an excellent scenario for yourself too. Making people do what you wan them too.
