Prior to joining K.Tek Systems Inc., Jim graduated from Pace University in 1993 and started his career selling microchips for a large electronic components distribution company. He worked his way up the corporate ladder eventually becoming their senior operations manager. Later he worked as the senior project manager for an IT services and business consulting company, preceding his affiliation with K.Tek Systems.

In his more than fifteen years of experience in business operations, quality assurance and logistics management, Jim has been the impetus for change in each of his positions, working closely with fellow staff and clients to ensure profit yielding success.
