DFLabs Upgrades Incident Management Suite with new Integration Features & Functional Capabilities

April 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Milano - 13 April, 2011:  IncMan Suite, an incident tracking and case management software developed by DFLabs has achieved another technological milestone in terms of the tool’s functional capabilities and its ability to interface with other external tools and applications. The DFLabs Incident Management Suite, a GRC software which has been embraced by C-Level and incident response managers, digital forensics investigators and security professionals as a pioneering incident tracking and case management technology comprises of three main modules, namely; the Incident Manager (IMan), the Digital Investigations Manager (DIM) and the ITILity Module. These modules can work independently or in an integrated manner to provide a comprehensive and a centralized incident management solution.

In other to consolidate the company’s first class incident tracking and case management solutions to its customers across different industries, DFLabs has integrated new features into the existing capabilities of the software and the mammoth of this technological innovation is the ability for GRC Managers, incident response managers, security incident operators, forensic investigators and the company’s worldwide customers to integrate external tools into the suite, thereby extending its capabilities.

•   An IncMan Suite technology to keep track of user certification for analysis and instruments
•   Ability of the IncMan Suite to recognized certified users of the system and
•   An IncMan integrated innovation to validate certify users to perform analysis and instruments

INTERNAL NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
•   Automatic alert systems based on predefined rule-based mechanisms
•   Message automatic notification system of tasks, events and records including automatic license renewal messages and task completion notifications
•   Internal security alerts
•   Customized alert configuration capabilities to ensure internal system security and rapid response in security incident response operations

NEW TASK SECTION
