Cam’ron & Vado Collaboration Album “Gunz N’ Butta” In Stores Tuesday, April 19th 2011

April 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Its official, the U.N. (Us Now) movement is in full effect.  On Tuesday, April 19, 2011 the collaboration album, Gunz N’ Butta will officially release.  Cam’ron & Vado have been working extra hard to get this album out to the fans, now with only days on the clock it’s arrived!!!

With hits like “Hey Muma” and “We All Up In Here” this long awaited album is sure to be a classic.  Cam’ron and Vado make the perfect rap duo.  Both are swift with the tongue and witty with their wordplay.  These Harlem icons are making a grand impact on the rap industry and keeping the game alive for New York rap.

Cam’ron tells the story about the title, Gunz N’ Butta which he says was inspired by the movie Baby Boy where Ving Rhames broke down the meaning of Guns and Butter.  In the movie Ving Rhames said, “When you making paper you gotta learn some rules to go wit it.  You gotta learn the difference between Gunz & Butta.  There are two types of niccas in this world, there’s niccas with Gunz and niccas with Butta.  Now what are the Gunz.  The Gunz that's the real estate, the stocks and bonds, artwork.  You know shyt that appreciate with value.  What's the Butta?  Cars, clothes, jewelry, all that other bullshyt that don't mean shyt after you buy it.  That's what it's all about Gunz & Butta baby.”

The album was recorded at Galaxy Studios in Newark, NJ and contains only one feature from Skylynn.  Cam’ron recently reunited with his old crew, The Diplomats which includes, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Freekey Zekey, and a few other unmentionables that weren’t part of the reunion.  In December 2011 The Diplomats will drop their long awaited album, so Cam is staying busy with his rap career.

The slime Vado is also becoming a busy bee.  He recently inked a deal with Interscope records and Killa Cam is expected to join his bredren as soon as he’s released from his current contractual obligations.  Landing the Interscope deal will definitely take the homie to new heights.  Sky’s the limit for these two if given the right resources.
