BizLibrary Announces a New Partnership with HRInsights

The central features of HRInsights’ service model are: Answers, an online collection of HR compliance forms, documents and procedures, Advisors, where members have direct access to HR professionals for individual questions, and Community, an online community for Q&A and discussions.

BizLibrary’s online training solution (off-the-shelf content bundled with its learning management system – LMS) fits into the HR Answers offering. HRInsights’ members will have on-demand access to training resources on important and timely HR topics at every stage of the employee lifecycle. An example of just one way BizLibrary will support HRInsights’ members is at the recruiting stage of the employee lifecycle.  BizLibrary’s training solution will pop up as a provider of recommended training around Behavior Based Interviewing Techniques, and other topics associated with employee selection. Another example of BizLibrary’s support for HRInsights’ members is at employee onboarding. BizLibrary will pop up as a recommended training provider for sexual harassment awareness and prevention, and for office productivity courses on Microsoft Office 2010.
