Homewood Suites by Hilton® at the Crossing Indianapolis Honored with Brand Award

April 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Indianapolis-based hospitality management company General Hotels Corporation is pleased to announce its Homewood Suites at the Crossing Indianapolis hotel has been presented with Hilton’s “Extended Stay Overall Most Improved Award of Merit” for 2010.  The award was presented at the 2011 Homewood Suites Annual Leadership.  The hotel is among five from the brand’s portfolio of more than 300 properties to be honored with Hilton’s “Overall Most Improved Award of Merit.”  The award is based on highest improvement customer feedback scores reported through the brand’s customer survey program including overall customer experience year-over-year.

The annual Homewood Suites Leadership conference gathers sales and management personnel from the brand’s 300+ hotels to introduce new initiatives and recognize the top performers of 2010 in operations, sales, management and overall performance. This year’s event was held Feb. 22 – 24, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
