Taste Testers Needed for Consumer Research Study in Harrisburg!

Taste testers are needed to help Harrisburg University’s Food Science & Technology Center launch its first consumer research study.
 
April 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Taste testers are needed to help Harrisburg University’s Food Science & Technology Center launch its first consumer research study. HU students are learning how to plan and implement sensory science research projects, so sign up to help with this learning experience!  The University will be conducting consumer testing from Monday, April 18th through Wednesday, April 27th. As a part of the HU Food Science and Technology Center, the Consumer Insights Research Laboratory is focused on student education and economic development of food companies within the region by providing consumer research support and academic programs.
