WillowTree Advisors Partners with Interfacing to Strengthen Their Process Management Solutions

April 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Interfacing is pleased to announce their new partnership with WillowTree Advisors, a strategic advisory firm based in Denver, Colorado. WillowTree embedded the EPC in their project deliverables to help the client meet three primary objectives: to standardize and improve existing customer service processes, to streamline employee training, and to understand their requirements for a CRM system upgrade.

WillowTree had previously been supporting its process re-engineering initiatives with MS Visio®, but determined that this project would require a more complete BPM tool. “We needed to establish a framework for our client’s critical processes, and our standard mapping software would not meet our needs in this case,” says Ms. Douglass. “We needed to deploy a more sophisticated tool that would not overwhelm our client. We selected the EPC for its ease-of-use and expandability, along with its ability to manage the end-to-end process lifecycle.”

Since successfully deploying the EPC as part of this client engagement, WillowTree has been leveraging the software internally in order to standardize its modeling processes and design standardized processes for its most frequent consulting engagements.  WillowTree plans to first roll out these standardized processes as part of its Outsourcing Governance Practice.
