April 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Fitness trainer and life coach Nina van der Plas has just released her first inspirational book ‘All Women are Bitches & All Men are Bastards’ to explain exactly what it is that is so conflicting between men and women where love and relationships are concerned.

The successful April launch of the book was held at Montego’s Restaurant at Double Bay on Kawana Island on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland, with copies of the book selling out.  Overlooking clear blue waters from white sandy beaches the reflections of who we are as women and men glinted from the river.

‘Everything works in balance’ is the rule of life Nina van der Plas presents in her conquest to shine new light on co-habitation between the sexes, and the constant struggle both women and men have in an attempt to maintain a sense of self when falling head-over-heels in love.

Nina explained, “Connecting with people through the fitness industry you soon learn some incredible things about life and the search for ‘self’.  Both sexes have deeper issues than just the way they look and the food they eat.  In order to have the life you dream of, first you have to love yourself enough to overcome feelings of unworthiness and actually know what it is you want from life. ”

Nina’s motto is, ‘Everything we do is about assisting people in making positive changes that can be maintained for life’.  The book ‘All Women are Bitches & All Men are Bastards’ is printed in New York and readily available through Nurture Within.

Am I a control freak? ‘All Women are Bitches & All Men are Bastards’ offers a simple answer.  Women react from emotion and men reply from reasoning to tackle the complexities of life.  Both sexes have to take responsibility for keeping relationships alive, through communication.

Children, both boys and girls, learn how to walk then talk, love and laugh while they struggle for dominance over one another.  Nina van der Plas teaches adults how to live in harmony so as dreams can be fulfilled.

Nina is a striking young woman who cares about making life easier for those who fall head-over-heels in love only to find that compatibility is confronted by the flow of emotion tossing and turning within the tides of reasoning.
