Outbound Gold Record
This is similar to the previous feature, but for calls you make rather than receive. You select the outbound call to record by dialling a number that Gold Numbers gives you. You are then prompted to dial the number you want to record, and after the call you are emailed the call as a wav file.
Instead of just facing an engaged tone, this feature puts customers in a queue. Golden Queue lets your customers know their position in the queue, plays music and a message, and after a certain amount of time gives them the option to leave a voicemail for you to call them back so they are not getting increasingly frustrated at how long they are having to wait.
Gold Stats Package
With the Gold Stats package, you don’t have to wait for the next monthly bill to view your call stats. You can check the details for each of your calls online, including who called you, the time, duration and cost of call, as well as missed calls and engaged calls so you can chase up the potential customers that might otherwise have got away. It also allows you to monitor the effectiveness of different advertising campaigns by assigning different numbers to different adverts and seeing which ones get the best responses.
This feature effectively allows your call to search for you. Gold route your call to up to five different numbers, so if you’re not in the office it can be routed to another employee, your mobile, your home number, your voicemail etc. so that the customer can never complain that you’re not available.
Gold Time Based Routing
This allows Gold to set up your number so that it rings at certain locations at different times of the day by pre-programming your specific times into the system. Most customers have calls answered at the office between 9am and 5pm. They also select to have the evening calls routed to a mobile from 5pm to 10pm. It also allows you to have an out of hours voicemail so that when you are closed it will take a message for you and tell your customers the opening times.
