7 Easy Eye Exercises including Relaxation: these can even be combined with your new healthy habits.
With your head still and relaxing for a couple of seconds between each exercise. Repeat each 7 times:
1) move your eyes to the right, hold couple seconds, move eyes back to middle, hold a couple seconds, move eyes to left, hold a couple seconds, move eyes back to middle, hold a couple of seconds.
2) as 1 moving eyes up, back to middle, eyes down, back to middle.
3) as 1 moving eyes from top right, back to middle, eyes down to bottom left, back to middle.
4) as  3 moving eyes from top left, back to middle, eyes down bottom right, back to middle.
5) eyes straight forward, one arm extended in front of your face, hold your index finger up and concentrate on the finger for a couple of seconds, then bring your eyes to look at the end of your nose for a couple of seconds.  
6) move your eyes in a clockwise movement to top, right, bottom, left in a continous flow. Rest, then  reverse doing action in a anti clockwise movement
7) as a final relaxation for your eyes, rub your hands together until they are warm, cup them over your eyes so your eyes are covered. Close your eyes and relax. If you have trouble keeping your mind quiet, then think of something that makes you happy, relaxed and positive i.e. walking on the beach.

Sunglasses are they good or bad for your eyes: They are both. It is essential to have a good pair of polarized sunglasses to use in extreme conditions i.e. any water / boating activities, skiing etc where the glare is reflected back to your eyes as well as any time there high levels of very bright sun.
