A spacious two story open foyer invites you into this lavish open floor plan of Villa Bethanne. A grand stair welcomes you with it’s flared base. On either side of the foyer is the dining room and the living room framed by arch-cased openings and round columns. Behind the living room is a study that could be used as a home office.
A great place for entertaining friends and family is the central family room that is open to the kitchen. A central island with a sitting counter in the kitchen connects the family room to the kitchen and the breakfast room. An entertainment center with a fireplace creates a focal point on the two story family room. The breakfastroom Is 14 feet by 8 feet is adjacent to the open spacious kitchen which measures 14’ feet by 15 feet. On the main floor is a guest bedroom that can be used as an in-law suite that is very suitable for the grand parents, in-laws or relatives.
On the second floor, the master bedroom occupies the whole right wing with a spacious his and hers walk in closet that leads to a spacious grand master bath. The garden tub in the master bath is the focal point of the master bath as you walk into it. A has a private intimate sitting area is framed by a bay window that provides views to the back of the house.
Each bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom. Like in most of Architect Boye’s plans, there is a spacious loft/teen study on the second floor conducive for the children’s reading and entertainment activities while upstairs. There is a bonus room of approximately 280 sf provides the optional sixth bedroom or recreation room.
The Bethanne Plan’s is a French Country design with the use of brick and stone exterior as its exterior wall finish materials. Like in most of our new plans, we have added an I-pod, I-pad and I-phone charging station/rack for the whole family in the desk area of the kitchen.
