Hesiak graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in biochemistry. In addition to his legal work at Bailey Kennedy, he performed an externship with the Honorable James C. Mahan of the United States District Court. Pending the certification of his Juris Doctorate degree in May, Hesiak is projected to graduate summa cum laude from the Boyd School of Law. He will become an associate attorney at Bailey Kennedy upon passing the Nevada State Bar exam.
While studying at the Boyd School of Law, Hesiak participated in the Community Legal Education program where he taught a course on Bankruptcy for members of the community. He was selected as an Outstanding Student for his work to help those who are representing themselves in legal matters or have questions about the law.
“Mark has already proven that his intellect and work ethic are a great fit for our firm and clients,” said Dennis Kennedy, partner at the firm. “The James E.
