Knowlagent's CEO McConnell tells story of work, family & faith at April 12 Sure Connexions Luncheon

April 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA  - Non-profit Sure Connexions, Inc. (www.SureConnexions.net),  which hosts inspirational networking lunches focused on the intersection of work and faith,  announced that Career Spa, LLC and Talent Connections, LLC  will be event sponsors for the April 12  luncheon featuring Matt McConnell, Founder and CEO of software firm Knowlagent.  Talent Connections helps organizations recruit and retain top talent.  Career Spa helps both organizations and individuals during periods of transiton.  The event is open to the public and individuals may register to attend at www.SureConnexions.net; advance registration is strongly encouraged.

The open-invitation lunch will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at 12:00 p.m. at the Georgian Club (100 Galleria Parkway – 17th Floor – Atlanta, GA 30339) and includes a time of networking, business introductions and McConnell’s talk entitled, “Customer Service at the Crossroads."
He will share aspects of launching a software company, growing it internationally, and his journey as a successful entrepreneur. McConnell will reveal how integrating his faith into his work life and famiy life has positively impacted his company’s culture and performance.  

In addition, McConnell will discuss overcoming a childhood disease, and how the experience shaped his outlook and became the inspiration for his newest book, Get Well Soon – The 8 Habits of Healthy People.  

Naren Patel, Atlanta Division Manager for Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing, Inc. and Jeff Dimock, Director for Expense Reduction Analysts, will emcee the luncheon.  The Event Coordinator for this Sure Connexions lunch is Global Marcoms’ President Kelly Quattlebaum, president of Global Marcoms, an Atlanta-based company that offers social media training as well as marketing and communication support.
