Farmers Insurance Heroes for Babies Invitational Set for Sept 12

Richardson, Texas – (April 8, 2011) Two Richardson Farmers Insurance Agents are hosting a golf tournament at Stonebridge Ranch – Dye Course in McKinney to raise money for the March of Dimes.  Agents Louie Kilgore and Cindy Montgomery are working with area companies and individuals to raise money for the charity by hosting the Farmers Insurance Heroes for Babies Invitational on September 12, 2011.

“Farmers and March of Dimes have a long history together as national partners,” said agent Louie Kilgore.  “This is a chance for our colleagues, neighbors and customers in North Texas to raise money to help the most fragile members of our community – babies.”

The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.  Every year, half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely.  The funds raised will support research that saves babies lives.
