TotalAgility Lync2010 Integration
Integration of Lync2010 Instant Messaging, Presence, Conferencing and Mobility capability within TotalAgility enabled business process solutions delivers the following business benefits:
• Enhanced Collaboration
Lync2010 integrated within the TotalAgility Builder, for process design and TotalAgility Workspace for process execution delivers enhanced process designer and process participant collaboration.
During process development process designers can now collaborate with peers via the IM, voice, video and conferencing features of Lync. In addition, whiteboarding and desktop and application sharing features deliver opportunities for increased productivity for the process designer.
The availability of presence information within the TotalAgility workspace environment enables process and case participants to deliver increased productivity. For example human latency is reduced through the ability of process participants to make decisions on case routing based on the presence status of colleagues and the ability to instantly communicate with colleagues and subject matter experts when further information on a process or case is required. The extension of IM and presence capability to mobile devices ensures that business process and case participation can be extended to colleagues who are out of the office.
• Guided Collaboration
The TotalAgility product and Lync2010 together can be configured to deliver guided collaboration within a case or instance of a process. Process participants can be automatically presented with contact and presence information of colleagues appropriate to their role or the stage of the case. For example the TotalAgility product can be configured to show contact details and presence status of subject matter experts, case owners, process designers and case participants within the context of the case ensuring that cases or queries are routed to the most appropriate person based on their area of expertise and presence.
• Continuous Process Improvement
Integration of Lync2010 with the TotalAgility product helps deliver the premise of continuous process improvement. Process participants now have instant access to process designers to report process issues, provide immediate customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
Dynamics CRM Multi Tenancy Support
At v5.1 the TotalAgility product extends Dynamics CRM integration with support for multi tenancy configurations. On top of already extensive integration with Dynamics CRM the TotalAgility product can now automatically create and manage entities at each Organization, Business Unit, Parent Business Unit and Child.
Support for .NET Framework 4.0 and Silverlight 4.0
Maintaining our Singularity's commitment to the Microsoft ecosystem at v5.1 the TotalAgility product has been upgraded to support the .NET Framework 4.0 and Silverlight 4.0
In v5.1 the TotalAgility product delivers enhanced process developer productivity and business agility through the delivery of multi-lingual web form support. The enhanced functionality allows International and Multi-national customers to rapidly roll out multi-language web form solutions globally without any language and regional restrictions. Web forms can now be deployed in multiple languages through minor changes to only the resource file and not the web form itself. In addition language selector controls on the web form enable end users to select what language the form is displayed in.
Solution deployment times have been further reduced through the inclusion of a translate option enabling process designers to provide translations during solution design as an alternative to using an external translator. Support is also available for Singularity customers who wish to use an external translator.
