April 12, 2011 - PRLog -- ALAMEDA, California– The Department of Defense, National Guard Bureau (NGB) has awarded a five-year, $80 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Professional and Administrative Support Services (PASS), particularly Schedule I Engineering Services, to MacDonald-Bedford LLC, along with its esteemed subcontractor, J. M. Waller Associates, Inc. (JMWA®). MacDonald-Bedford (M-B) will manage the PASS I contract from its new branch office in Denver.
M-B and JMWA will provide support to the NGB and other Department of Defense entities including the Air National Guard and Army National Guard via the PASS I contract. The objective of the PASS I contract is to provide Engineering Services to the National Guard mission nationwide, at Major Command, Base, Post, or State office levels in the 54 states and territories and the District of Columbia. The M-B/JMWA Team will staff a full range of engineering services (non-personal services) to support programs with disciplines consistent with NGB roles and responsibilities. These services include cartography, construction inspection, drafting/Cad, energy consultation, engineering, environmental technology, program and project management, real property management, surveying and training/facilitation. Mr. Michael R.
