April 7, 2011 - PRLog -- At Highland Financial Capital Group, we offer two products for the real estate professional.

Our first product is a for real estate investors who are looking to increase the return they are receiving on their investments.  We call this our equity placement option.  Investors who invest through us will receive a monthly income portion of 9-11% and then a return on the sale.

As far as our debt offering, the investor contributes the capital necessary for an individual to purchase their own commercial property and than the investor will again receive a monthly check.
