In response to the World Bank Report (entitled “Global economic prospects for 2011” released on the 12th January 2011) and their clients’ growing needs, DAV aligned themselves with Africa, the BRIC countries and the world’s economic growth. According to the report, the expert forecast as follows: growth in China – 8.7% in 2011 and 8.4% in 2012, growth in India - 8.4% in 2011 and 8.7% in 2012, growth in Russia - 4% in 2011 and 4.2% in 2012, growth in Brazil - 4.4% in 2011 and 4.3% in 2012.
The IMF reported growth in sub-Saharan Africa is projected at 5.5% in 2011 and 5.75% in 2012 and it is expected to exceed growth in all other regions except developing Asia.
