Rocks are the collection formed by rock-forming mineral after a variety of geological processes. For example, granite is kind of rock constituted from the feldspar, quartz and mica and other minerals. According to the formation role of rocks, there are three categories that are sedimentary rock, igneous rocks and metamorphic rocks.

Beneficiation process is normally composed of the mineral ore preparation before the operation, sorting operations and dehydration operations after electing.

The first stage in the three crushing sections is the rough crushing. Generally we choose Jaw Crusher or Gyratory Crusher. The second is medium crushing. We often use standard cone crusher. The third is fine crushing in which we often choose short-head type cone crusher machine.

To the small mineral processing plant, we can use roller crusher in the third stage.

In closed secondary fragmentation process, we use more medium-sized cone crusher in the last paragraph. In the small-scale processing plant or when you need to crush brittle materials, you can use impact crusher or hammer crusher.
