Success at Work Approved by Project Management Institute to Offer Project Management Training

April 6, 2011 - PRLog -- The Success at Work Professional Development Series today announces it is now approved by Project Management Institute to become a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) effective March 2011.

PMI R.E.P.s are educational organizations that have demonstrated that they are capable of providing world-class effective project management training.  Through PMI’s rigorous quality criteria for course content, instructor qualification, and instructional design, R.E.P.s provide the project management training necessary to earn and to maintain Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Program Management Professional (PgMP)® and other PMI professional credentials.

Management studies continue to conclude that the three areas most needed and least developed in managers and leaders are: communicating, managing change, and navigating conflict. To answer this need and to provide real-time and real-world solutions, the Success at Work series has been developed.

Success at Work is a series of three interactive and personalized seminars, helping participants use their unique personality style to communicate, navigate conflict, and manage change successfully.  By attending the Success at Work program, participants will understand how personality style impacts their success at work, identify key strategies to enhance communication and improve effectiveness in their environment, learn tools to effectively manage change and conflict, receive a customized report which includes tips and strategies to enhance communication, change management, and conflict styles.  Participants will create individualized strategies that will stick long after the seminars are over!
