Jesuits of New England Celebrate 75 years of Educational Leadership at Annual Jesuit GALA

April 6, 2011 - PRLog -- The New England Province of Jesuits will present the AMDG Award, For the Greater Glory of God, to Fr. John E. Brooks, SJ, president of the College of the Holy Cross from 1970-1994, Fr. Aloysius P. Kelley, SJ, president of Fairfield University from 1979-1004, and Fr. J. Donald Monan, SJ, president of Boston College from 1972-1996, at this year’s Jesuit GALA on April 12.  Their service to the Society of Jesus represents 75 years of outstanding Educational Leadership.

The New England Province of the Society of Jesus consists of more than 300 Jesuits serving the Church in educational, pastoral and spiritual ministries throughout the six New England states.
