April 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Greater Good Coffee (GGC) opened its doors for business on 4th April 2011, and offers something new to both High Street coffee outlets and coffee consumers. As a division of Automatic Refreshments Ltd – an established refreshment vending business – GGC will supply both coffee machines and coffee for coffee machines to cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, petrol stations, farm shops and newsagents. A range of coffee machines from different manufacturers – including bean-to-cup, instant and filter – is available alongside a range of high quality ingredient brands.

In comparison to other companies serving this sector, GGC promises to do two things very differently. The first of these is that it will give away five per cent of its profits to help homeless people in the UK. Moreover, the company intends to develop a customer community group in order to take advice from its customers on how the money can best be spent.

The second way in which GGC promises to be different is in the creation of an umbrella brand, under which each participating outlet can promote itself as part of the Greater Good network. This arrangement is to be flexible, thereby enabling outlets to retain and promote their own identity in tandem with the boost obtainable through being part of GGC's distribution.

In addition, GGC has opened an online shop where consumers, households and businesses can buy bulk coffee and hot drink supplies. Again, five per cent of profits from this operation will be given to aiding the homeless.

Greater Good Coffee supplies coffee machines and coffee for coffee machines to UK retail outlets. Unique branding and promotional platforms are on offer to participating retailers, whereas consumers of the company's coffee are given opportunity to suggest exactly how the business spends the five per cent of profits made available to helping homeless people.

For people wanting to buy coffee for the workplace or home, Greater Good Coffee has an online shop. Once again, five per cent of profits generated are given to helping the homeless.
