Lady of Burlesque: The magic of the ‘20s for a very special evening

April 5, 2011 - PRLog -- The Soirée Burlesque will engage guests, dressed in ‘20s and ‘50s style clothing, in a pleasant evening of music and entertainment.

Lady of Burlesque will welcome guests with champagne and cupcakes, beginning at 11pm. The evening’s host Fez Wrecker, along with showmistress Miss Yukita Bonita will heat up the stage to host performances of burlesque dancers.

The renown vaudeville presenter and Berlin resident, will lead the event during which comedic performances will be alternated with sensual dances, recreating the cabaret atmosphere of the ‘20s, the predominant characteristic of the evening, with a pinch of irony that distinguishes the spirit of burlesque.

The evening will begin with a performance by Lady Lou, teacher and owner of a famous burlesque school in Berlin, followed by Honey Lulu from London and with our own Milky The Butterfly, of Rome. The stars will perform to electro-swing music provided by Viennese DJ, Tiga Lily, who will provide music for guests to dance until late into the evening.

The artists will all be dressed in clothing and corsets from Lady of Burlesque, to exhibit the fantasy of combining sensuality with pleasure. It is through this playfulness and the fascinating glamour of high quality clothing and accessories, that Patricia Della Bella will take the stage.

Throughout the evening guests will have the opportunity to be photographed by a professional photographer while wearing burlesque clothing and accessories in the designated “Click & Tease” area, thus allowing them to participate in the homonymous photo contest (ladyofburlesque.wordpress.com/click-tease/) to elect a Miss and Mister Lady of Burlesque 2011 at the end of May.
