Penna selects Abintegro to provide career planning technology: April 2010

April 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Penna, the global HR consulting and outplacement firm has selected abintegro to provide innovative career planning tools that enable Penna's customers to develop personal career and skill development plans.

Using the GROW coaching model users build up a career and skill development plan. Goals can be broken down into the milestones they need to achieve along the way. Users can export their plan into a MS Word document to take to interview or use with a career coach as part of a face to face process.
In addition to the career plan, users also have the ability to capture reflections on things they have done/achieved. This again can support the face to face consultation process by providing a place for users to record their thoughts.
