Apr. 4, 2011 - Tanesa Peterson born in and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Tanesa Peterson (affectionately known as “Nesa Pooh”) developed a love for fashion at the tender age of three. Growing up with an Interior Designer for a mother, Tanesa was always dressed and coordinated as if she had just stepped out of a children’s fashion magazine. According to Tanesa “Everything starts with a dream - and if you can dream it, then you can achieve it.” She started dreaming and using her love for fashion at age twelve and now at age sixteen, she has turned that dream into a reality. Nesa Pooh is the proud owner of “Nesa Fab,” a hip and trendy fashion line geared empowering and inspiring today’s young culture. Nesa Fab was founded with the thought in mind that everyone is beautiful no matter what body size and shape they happen to be and her theme “Dare to be You” serves as a constant reminder. She has now been running this business on a professional level for four years, and says nothing makes her happier. She’s a fashion designer, style consultant, teen mentor and motivational speaker.
Since forming the company, Tanesa has taken the fashion world by storm – showcasing her collections in over a hundred runway shows across North America as well as being featured in numerous magazines, radio shows and fashion expos across the country. God and education has always been the most important factors for her growth and continues to be the most valued part of her life and driving forces behind her strive for excellence. In the recent months she has coordinated the first ever prom gown giveaway within the Fort Worth Independent School District. She calls it the Nesa Fab “Prom Princess for a Day” event. This event will provide complete prom makeovers including a custom Nesa Fab gown, hair and make up to fifty needy girls in the F.W.I.S.D. But this fashionista does not slow down, she is already planning the first ever Nesa Fab Fabulicious Fashion Academy – a non-profit summer camp geared toward helping young girls with self-esteem. Nesa will be a asset to laExpose' states Yevedda, because she is our first teen celebrity and her story is motivating.
