Collect business cards from organizations that you wish to follow up with and then call them or send them an email to thank them for meeting you, restate what type of positions you are interested in and your appropriate qualifications.” Job seekers may also benefit from resending their resume to the prospective employer to ensure that their resume gets a second look and it stands out.
