Intelliteach Hires CTO to Lead Strategic Internal and Client Technology Initiatives

April 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Intelliteach, the largest legal-specific outsourced service desk company, today announced the appointment of Michael Burnette to the position of Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Michael will be charged with further strengthening Intelliteach client support with increasingly viable and sophisticated technology resources.  He will oversee all IT infrastructure and technology resources as they relate to Intelliteach’s 150 service desk professionals and their support of the company’s growing Am Law 200 and Global 100 legal client base.

Michael is a true technology thought leader, championing technology enhancements in both the private and legal environments since 1997.  He comes to Intelliteach after four years as Vice President of Information Technology with Place Properties, LP, a national developer and manager of off-campus student and military housing.  Previously, Michael spent ten years as Director of Information Technology for Rogers & Hardin, LLP, where he managed numerous software platform migrations, developed a testing center that served as a capstone for a sustainable staff training program, and partnered with the firm’s litigation support group to create an in-house Computer Forensic and e-Discovery practice.

Michael received a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as earning a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a minor in Organizational Psychology.
