Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s registers its Highest sales ever

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 1, 2011 - Toyota Kirloskar Motor achieved its highest ever sales with 9726 units in Mar 2011. The company sales grew by 41% when compared to the corresponding period last year. The growth is largely driven by the impressive sales of the Etios with 3257 units sold in Mar 2011. The order booking for the Etios continues to be high with 29796 bookings received so far.

Mr. Sandeep Singh, Deputy Managing Director, Marketing, TKM said, “We have sold 9726 units last month, our highest ever sales. We would like to thank all our customers for their response.”  

TKM also announced an increase in the prices of its key models, effective April 1, 2011. The price increase of the Innova, Corolla Altis and Fortuner will range from 1 - 1.5%.

The range of price increase for each product is:

Innova –                    Rs 12,557 – Rs. 18,424
Corolla Altis Diesel – Rs 14,100 – Rs. 17,700
Corolla Altis Petrol – Rs10,400 – Rs. 14,500
Fortuner –                Appox Rs. 20,000
