Ultimat Defence Limited Win UK’s Largest Officer Safety Training Equipment Contract

April 1, 2011 - PRLog -- This contract is open to all UK Police forces, Military Police, NHS Bodies and Central Government departments and their agencies.
The contract was awarded to Ultimat Defence Ltd after the company and their comprehensive range of products had gone through months of scrutiny, and extensive physical testing by the Metropolitan and other police forces and agencies.

Ultimat’s director Alan Carlisle said :

“The tender was open to companies from all over Europe; this is a real achievement to win such a prestigious contract, and affirms that Ultimat is the UK’s leader in law enforcement self defence training equipment.”
“The contract covers a diverse range of over 80 products, which includes everything from a rubber knife right through to training mats and hi-tech training suits.”

Ultimat’s Mike Stopford added:

The length of the contract is for three years, during which the use of Ultimat’s equipment will be an important element in the training and preparation of officers policing the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Ultimat will be working closely in supporting UK Police training departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly during this important period.
