Eagle Accounts President and CEO, Chet Klene, stated that EAGL is growing at a rapid pace. He expects to add between 30 and 50 new employees at the Bloomington call center within the next fourteen months.
Klene said that Bloomington is an ideal location for an EAGL debt collection center given its proximity to clients and its central location in the state of Indiana. Before being renovated, the Bloomington call center building had been vacant for nearly two years.
The new call center will have the capacity to house up to 80 debt collection account representatives, said Klene.
