PRLog -- NSM Audio has changed its brand name from NSM Audio to NSMT Loudspeakers. The name change will help to distinguish our brand from several other companies and organizations using the NSM acronym. This is only a brand name change. Ownership of the company has not changed, and all warranties and obligations of NSM Audio are assumed by NSMT Loudspeakers. All payments will continue to be transacted under NSM Audio which will remain the parent company of NSMT loudspeakers.
NSM is named after the first three children of the company's founder. With the addition of a fourth child there has always been discussion as to when it would be best to change the company's name. Our name change coincides with our shift to manufacturing eco-friendly, "green," non-toxic, formaldehyde-
free loudspeakers, and a shift from manufacturing mostly minimonitors and bookshelf loudspeakers to manufacturing mostly compact towers and architectural loudspeakers.
As we begin to mount a new advertising campaign for our formaldehyde-
free loudspeakers, we thought this was the best time to make the name change. Indeed, we hope the the name change will coincide with the publication of the first two reviews of our new flagship, formaldehyde-
free, 100M loudspeaker.
