Children of the Father Foundation launches website with free
resources on the consecration to God through the Blessed Mother

HAVERTOWN, Pa., March 31, 2011 – The Children of the Father Foundation launched www.MyConsecration.org – the Internet home of resources for those who desire the Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary. This significant approach to holiness has been recommended by both The Venerable Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI. This new, full-featured website – the only one of its kind – includes information about the Total Consecration and online forms to order free resources from the foundation to facilitate completing the 33-day consecration.

“This gift of total Consecration to Jesus through Mary is a perfect renewal of our baptismal vows with and through Mary,” said Anthony Mullen, board chairman of the Children of the Father Foundation. “It’s no secret that the Church and society in general are suffering incredible challenges and upheaval,” Mullen continued. “We believe the Total Consecration according to St. Louis de Montfort provides powerful spiritual and personal protection for everyone who makes the commitment to Jesus through his Blessed Mother.”

“We intend the website to provide all of the resources necessary for individuals and parishes to make the Total Consecration,” said Ray Mooney, the foundation’s national coordinator of parish consecration. “The website will be dynamic, with ongoing enhancements and additions.”

“God emphasized Mary’s role in our salvation in 1917 at Fatima, Portugal, with the great miracle of the Sun – and all of Our Lady of Fatima’s appearances to the three children Francisco, Jacinta and Lucia,” Mullen added. “We are working to encourage God’s request at Fatima for devotion to His mother’s Immaculate Heart, especially through the Total Consecration because we ask ourselves – why would anyone ignore or reject God’s plea…where He offers His remedy and protection…if they knew how to obtain them?”
