Manfrotto in the UK is delighted to announce the addition of three UK photographers to the Manfrotto Local Heroes Programme.
Local Heroes recognizes the photographic creativity and expertise of some of the world’s leading photographers. Manfrotto UK – across all its main brands, Manfrotto, Gitzo & Kata – works with these photographers to provide a solution to making images in some of the most challenging environments on earth, for both photography and moving images.
Manfrotto Local Heroes also share their expertise, advice and photography tips via the Manfrotto School of Xcellence website.

Extreme expedition film maker and photographer Phil Coates has just left the UK on a 12 week expedition to the Arctic, taking part in the Catlin Arctic Survey, working in conditions of down to -50°.

Round the world adventurer and photographer Sarah Outen is embarking on a London2London around the world trip – fuelled only by her own ‘human’ power.
Pete Bridgwood – www.petebridgwood.com
Pete Bridgwood’s national and international successes have established him as one of the UK's leading fine-art landscape photographers. Pete’s images have been exhibited nationally at the Camera Club, the National Theatre, and at Kew Gardens and he writes a monthly column for Outdoor Photography magazine in the UK.
