Oakland Hairstylist Wins “Best Hair Cut” in San Francisco Bay Area

March 30, 2011 - PRLog -- This is the first time Rebecca has won this very important San Francisco Bay Area award.  When asked about her win, Rebecca was elated.  "First of all, it’s a great honor for me to be included with all the amazing San Francisco Bay Area hairstyling talent in this competition and I would like to send out a huge thanks to everyone who voted for me.  This whole experience has been so much fun!"
