March 30, 2011 - PRLog -- It takes guts to enter a fitness challenge.  But for those who have gut to lose, the Gut to Cut Challenge has a great motivational invitation: lose weight and inches in time for summer swimsuit season.  The upcoming challenge runs April 18-June 10, 2011, announced Achieve Personal Fitness and Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp (MABC) owner and certified fitness trainer Catherine Andersen.  

The fitness challenge, open to men and women, results in fat and weight loss, tightening up the belly (and hips and thighs) and, overall, a slimmer look and feeling healthier.  REALLY!

The sign-up deadline is April 15, and the pre-Challenge “Kick Off” and nutrition meeting is April 16 at noon at the Achieve/MABC indoor facility in Glendale.  Once the 8-weeks (32 sessions) of full-body, metabolism-stimulating, lean-muscle toning and fun workouts are completed, participants can enter their measurements to win the grand prize of one free month of small group training sessions!

The Challenge is a professionally designed fat loss exercise program based on the latest industry research and led by certified, degreed coaches.  It is a combination of metabolic and strength training in small group sessions with an expert nutrition education component.  Spots are limited and class sizes are kept small to ensure personal attention as well as safety, support and motivation.

After completing eight weeks (32 sessions) of full-body, metabolism-stimulating, lean muscle toning and fun workouts, participants can enter their new measurements to win the grand prize of one free month of small group training sessions.
Challenge Details:
•   All activities and sessions take place at the Achieve Personal Fitness, Inc. new indoor facility, 4170 N. Port Washington Rd, Suite 2, in Glendale – doors face Olive Street (lockers and showers available.
•   Spots are limited and kept small for personal attention and safety.
•   Challenge includes four (4) indoor group sessions per week with morning, evening and weekend options.
•   Program includes an 8-week Gut 2 Cut journal with nutrition recommendations to guarantee you get your body ready for swim suit season and the summer!
•   The nutrition discussion, pre-measurements and photos will be on Saturday, April 16th from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the MABC Facility in Glendale. If you are unable to attend this session, photos and measurements will be the first week of the challenge (4/18-4/22).
•   Note: If you are not able to attend the nutrition packets will be given out the first day of class BUT those attending the seminar had the most success from the review of the necessary nutrition component.
•   Participants will be photographed onsite and a circumference measurement, body fat percentage and fitness assessment will be given by an Achieve Personal Fitness certified fitness coach.
•   All equipment is onsite, participants should dress in “workout” attire, just bring a bottle of water and an attitude of success.
