Hydrex appoint TDR Transport as sole UK transport supplier

March 30, 2011 - PRLog -- The move, designed to ensure consistency of service and safe practice has seen Midlands based TDR invest £3m in new equipment.

Improving standards in safety and performance is core to Hydrex’s strategy. Working closer with suppliers, building deeper relationship and establishing greater trust through collaboration has become key to Hydrex’s Management Team. Throughout the Hydrex organisation, departments such as IT, Finance and Marketing have all chosen preferred suppliers to work with during 2011 to strive towards greater efficiencies and closer relationship with their trading partners.

Hydrex have been working hard to apply efficiencies to their business model, and this follows moves to improve internal communications systems with the introduction of Microsoft’s Office Communicator system throughout the whole organisation, and the digitisation of the operational processes for logging equipment checks, storing and updating maintenance records for Hydrex assets.
