VR Completes Successful Sale of Local Medical Uniform Business

March 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Accuwear has been supplying medical uniforms and accessories for nurses, doctors, dentists and health care workers in Edmonton since 1987. It carries some of the popular brands in the medical uniforms such as Grey's Anatomy, Skechers, Baby Phat, and more.

Dwayne and Laura Weibe plans to continue growing the business in the Edmonton market and look for new strategic markets to expand the business into. Dwayne and Laura also plans to expand into the wholesale market and introduce new lines of uniforms in the near future.

"We tried to sell our business on our own and when we were unsuccessful, we spoke to a number of business brokers and chose VR for their expertise, professionalism and ability to market our business confidentiality," said former owner Gordan Lyall.  "VR was excellent in marketing the business to their pool of qualified buyers and were successful in locating a buyer for our business within a few months."
