Operation Start-up of Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades Begin in Litchfield Minnesota

April 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Wilkus Architects is proud to be part of an integrated design team providing design services for the new improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Facility, Litchfield, MN.  Prominent environmental engineering firm, Bolton and Menk, Inc. is leading a comprehensive team that includes Wilkus as the project architect.  The project includes Wilkus designed new facilities including a 3100 square foot Intermediate Clarifier/Pump building and a 10,800 square foot Tertiary building. Both buildings were designed and detailed to meet the Minnesota State Sustainable Building Guidelines.  Construction is complete and all new facilities should be online in the spring of 2011.  Buffalo, MN based, Gridor Construction, Inc. provided General Contracting services.
