The Concept Book : Personalized notebooks and jotters for companies produced in an eco-responsible

Since the beginning of the TCB company, The Concept brand is keen on respecting environmental specifications, from the conception to the edition of customized notebooks and notepads.
 
March 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Materials are selected for their quality and « ecologically responsible » standards.

So that its customers contribute to carry economically responsible values to their targets, The Concept Book is attached to persist in choosing covers and cover pages materials submitted to a maximum of environmental friendly characteristics.

Each cover of the range is FSC or PEFC labelised, and for some of them, realized in 100% recycled materials, for example “Blue Angel”.
Cover pages are also FSC, PEFC or Blue Angel labelised, as well as note pages.
   
From eco-conception to eco-production
From conception to production, each of The Concept Book products (notebooks, notepads,…) has been imagined to be realized by limiting maximally its impact on environment :
•   Optimization of messages on one back-up: thanks to their conception, The Concept Book notebooks and jotters enable companies to concentrate all their essential information on one and unique support: the notebook or notepad.  For example, during a business event, the company can introduce essential information about the event, as well as product datas, in cover pages.
•   Custom-made papers: The Concept Book has papers produced into a specific size allowing limited offcuts.
•   Imprim’Vert label for offset printing: all cover pages and note pages for The Concept Book notebooks and jotters are realized in the respect of Imprim’Vert standards and giving priority to vegetable inks.
•   Packaging in the size of products: The Concept Book created its own packaging in cardboard, in order to assure a better protection of its notebooks and notepads during transport without resorting to wedge.

Reminder on standards and labels:
- ECF - Elementary Chlorine Free: whitened paper without elementary or gaseous chlorine.
- TCF - Totally Chlorine Free: whitened paper without any use of chlorine.
- Ecolabel – only official ecological European label. Relies on a global approach of the product, taking into account its entire life cycle.
- FSC - Forest Stewardship Council: paper coming from a responsible management of forests.
- PEFC – (European Program of Forest Certification): paper coming from paste from sustainable managed forests.
- Blue Angel (Der Blauer Angel – world first and oldest environmental label): paper produced from 100% recycled fibres, which production and composition is strictly regulated.
- Imprim’Vert – label awarded to printer respecting 3 criteria: good management of dangerous waste (ink, dirty rags, paint removers,…), secured storage of dangerous liquids to avoid accidents and risks of pollution/contamination, non-use of “toxic” products.
