Announcing Upcoming LRAart Exhibit at SIYA Showcase

March 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Accomplished architect and business leader of Ware Malcomb, Lawrence R. Armstrong recently launched a new endeavor, LRAart (www.lraart.com)  - a contemporary art collection.  We are excited to announce that the most recent pieces of the art series "Layered Vision," were selected to be on display in Kimball Office’s Annual SIYA showcase.  

SIYA – A Showcase for Creatives is hosted by Kimball Office (www.kimballoffice.com) and is sponsored by the A/E community of Southern California.  The objective of SIYA is to create a strong platform for the Interior Design & Architecture. The showcase proves to be a wonderful celebration of creativity.

The one-night exhibition will feature:
•   Fine art (paintings, illustrations, photography, sculpture)
•   Functional art & architectural elements (lighting, furniture, wall hangings)
•   Wearable works of art (jewelry, scarves, handbags)
•   Cinematography

About the Artist
Lawrence Armstrong is well known for his strategic, visionary approach to design and business. His focus on creativity and innovation influence all of his artistic endeavors.  He has been inspired by modern architects and artists. When he is not running Ware Malcomb, Lawrence is working in his art studio or traveling with sketchbooks. His international travels have influenced his art as well.  He has traveled extensively throughout the world including North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan and the Middle East.
