International Council for Small Business launches Indian operations: IBS Mumbai to organize inaugural meet

March 28, 2011 - PRLog -- International Council for Small Business (ICSB) will be launching its operations in India in the financial capital Mumbai through the launching of Indian Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship on Tuesday, 29th March 2011 at IBS Campus, near Powai.

Prof. Y. K. Bhushan President– Designate, Proposed Indian Affiliate of ICSB and Senior Advisor and Head IBS, Mumbai stated that the Indian affiliate to be called as “Indian Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship” opens up exciting opportunities for SMEs to plug into global business opportunities and be part of global network SMEs.

Prof. David Smallbone, the current President of ICSB, a renowned international authority in SME Policy Development. Dr. Jay Mitra, Director, School of Entrepreneurship & Business (SEB), University of Essex, and Founder of International Entrepreneurship Forum, UK. SME researchers, educators and entrepreneurs will attend the meeting, said Prof Bhushan.
Workshop on Entrepreneurship Development.

On this occasion a workshop on Entrepreneurship Development is also being organized and will be addressed by Prof. David Smallbone, Dr. Jay Mitra, and Mr. Ashank Desai of MASTEK and Mr. V.C. Rathore, ED,SIDBI.  Prof Y. K. Bhushan will chair the workshop.
