Managed Services Provider Hires Brian Sutphin as Business Helpdesk Engineer

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 28, 2011 - Entech Computer Services, a managed services provider, announces the hiring of Brian Sutphin as the new Business Help-desk Engineer. Brian will provide the first line of service to Entech’s clients as they contact the help-desk. His duties will include resolving client problems remotely by logging into the system, troubleshooting, and repairing any issues. If problems are unable to be resolved remotely, Brian will update support tickets and schedule technicians for onsite customer visits as needed.

Brian is originally from West Virginia, where he attended Marshall University in Huntington. He then went on to serve in the WV Air National Guard while attending college as a computer systems planner for six years.

Prior to his position with Entech, Brian traveled and taught full time as a Microsoft Certified trainer, worked as a technology director, assisted with corporate help-desks, and spent many years providing outsourced IT support to a variety of industries. He possesses certifications as a Microsoft Systems Engineer and Microsoft Database Administrator.

Brian currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida. In his free time, he enjoys activities such as reading, boating, and fishing.
