Swagger Takes Over RS POP Shop with Swank Showroom and JensenMartin

March 24, 2011 - PRLog -- RS POP Shop, Manhattan’s unique pop-up shop that features new emerging designers monthly, enthusiastically announces its exciting events to end the month of March with Swank Showroom and JensenMartin Outerwear.  Swank Showroom is a multi-line designer showroom that positions itself as a fashion library for stylists, editors and rising celebrities.  For two days only from March 30-31 the latest collections of their featured emerging designers will be POPPING-up.  “We love this new concept of featuring a showroom because it gives us the unique opportunity to help numerous designers at once, some of whom we’ve even worked with before” says Melissa Gonzalez, Co-Founder of RS POP Shop, “The summer collections from these gifted designers are truly ones to be inspired by.”

This collection has been curated to include talented designers such as Andrea Tobin for Marla Cielo, Jacki Easlick Handbags and Melinda Huff for MiraMe Swimwear.  A festive and chic VIP Reception is to be held at RS POP Shop Wednesday March 30 from 6-8pm.  "The designers are picked out of hundreds of applicants for representation," says Nova Lorraine, founder of Swank Showroom. "The combination of brand imaging and strategic sales ensures that these designers are off to a good start."

JensenMartin, having had the opportunity to show their winter collection at RS POP Shop, is excited to co-host a Fashion & Music Mixology Night at the Solarium of the Roger Smith Hotel on Thursday March 31 from 6-10pm.  JensenMartin is an Italian luxury outerwear brand and this time around the brotherly design duo plans to showcase their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection.  "We invite all JensenMartin customers and those who want to learn a little more and have a great night to come participate in our brand,” says Martin DiBattista, CEO, JensenMartin.
